Job Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Supervisor – Modern Trade to strengthen our MT channel execution and account performance.

This role will take ownership of assigned key accounts from sell-in planning to sell-out execution, including promotion planning, stock follow-up, account performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods, with strong execution discipline and a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop assigned MT accounts, including chains, retailers, and key customers.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, store teams, and internal stakeholders  in outlet-level execution and customer conversion.
  • Plan and drive monthly sell-in targets while monitoring sell-out performance.
  • Follow up stock availability, sales movement, promotion execution, and account performance.
  • Work with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth commercial execution.
  • Track promotion results, market feedback, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock updates, promotion effectiveness, and key account issues.
  • Proactively find Leads / Opportunities for new account opening and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account, Modern Trade Sales, or related commercial roles, FMCG, F&B, consumer goods, or retail channels is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of Modern Trade operations, buyer management, sell-in/sell-out, promotion planning, and stock follow-up.
  • Strong commercial mindset, organized, and result-oriented with good data tracking and sales performance analysis skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to conduct store visits and follow up closely on market execution.
  • Fluent English communication is an advantage.
