Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Representative – GT/ HORECA to strengthen our sales execution and account development in Ho Chi Minh City.

This role is designed to move beyond the traditional order-taking sales approach. The ideal candidate should be able to actively develop accounts, offer suitable solutions to customers, follow up on sales plans, support brand visibility, and convert sales activities into revenue growth.

The position will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams to ensure strong in-market execution, account quality, activation follow-up, and disciplined revenue tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Sell-in:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with GT/HORECA accounts, including outlets, restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, and relevant types of venues..
  • Identify and approach potential accounts aligned with the company’s brand and commercial direction.
  • Drive sales performance through active selling, customer follow-up, and account development.
  • Educate customers on product positioning, brand story, product usage, and selling points.
  • Follow up on sales plans, monthly targets, promotion activities, and activation programs.
  • Monitor customer feedback, competitor activities, stock movement, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, promotion execution, and customer support.
  • Provide regular sales updates, market insights, and action plans to the Sales Manager.

Sell-out:

  • Support brand visibility at outlet level through proper product display, menu presence, POSM execution, and activation coordination.
  • Track customer visits, sales activities, account status, and conversion progress using sales tools.
  • Proactively propose programs to support pull-through at the Point of sales to ensure healthy stock level and sales performance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, advantage if you have worked in FMCG, F&B, HORECA, or Modern Trade channels.
  • Hands-on experience working with restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, retailers, or beverage-related accounts is an advantage.
  • Strong selling skills with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Good account management mindset, ensuring opening new accounts but also following through to sales results.
  • Able to understand and execute sales plans, brand plans, promotions, and activation activities.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and willing to follow up closely with customers and internal teams.
  • Comfortable using sales tools or tracking systems to manage leads, visits, activities, and conversion.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with result-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving beverage/F&B environment.
  • Based in Ho Chi Minh City and willing to travel frequently within assigned areas.
